Our Service Process

Every valve follows a structured process from receipt through to final certification in accordance with API 576, ensuring consistent quality and full traceability.

01

Receipt & Identification

All PSVs are received, logged, and tagged. Each valve is cross-referenced by serial number in our ERP register to maintain full traceability.

02

Initial Inspection

Visual and dimensional inspection to assess general condition and determine serviceability. Contaminated or damaged valves are quarantined and reported.

03

As-Received Testing

Each valve is tested on NATA calibrated equipment to establish its current performance and determine whether it meets specification or requires repair.

04

Repair & Overhaul

With customer approval, the valve is stripped down and all components assessed. Serviceable parts are reconditioned; unserviceable parts are replaced with OEM spares.

05

Final Certification Testing

After repair, the valve undergoes full certification testing to AS1271 and API527 to confirm it meets specification before being approved for return.

06

Documentation & Reporting

Complete test certificate and inspection report for every valve, including serial references, test data, and repair details. All documentation is issued digitally and accessible anytime through our online Documentation page.
